Mary Shelley’s life and family are interesting enough to make a novel in itself.

Much prefer George Elliot myself. Love a bit of Silas Marner and Middlemarch. Or if I’m going to be really cultured I’d go for the poets, Keats, Coleridge and Wordsworth. Although........ Shakespeare is always the man.

Fantastic novel! Sooo many people have misconceptions about it and have not actually read it. There is NO creation information for the creature (not monster! And no electrical machines etc, no bolts through the creatures neck and it in no way resembles what everybody thinks it does. And Frankenstein is the name of the man who creates the creature, and NOT the creature!

If one comes across a copy does that not make the reading thereof a tad sticky!

"If i come across a copy i will try and read it"

If you go to the Project Gutenberg website, you will find it free to download (along with thousands of other out of copyright classics)
