There is a way.... look at the room list atthe top theres the words 'Out' and 'Me'... Click on the word 'Me' and all those looking at you will pop to the top of the list and stay there. Hope this helps x

Sounds like your driver for the web cam. i would Uninstall them and download the latest. if you pm me the make and model of your web cam and what operating system your using eg vista or xp i will have a look into it for you?
