its off aigburth road...the signs say trainstation and u follow the road down to a carpark overlooks the river

Seems to be swamped with police a lot though, and residents closeish by, so I would be careful.

There is supposedly a good one over the water at New Brighton, but have never been there yet. There is also one at Crosby I think .

there are some in/nr widnes but not sure how active they are, seem desereted whenever i've been and not sure how much police activity too....
